Not so much a WATER baby!

Dexter has never really loved the water.  Even as a newborn he screamed.  He loves a warm bath.  And the water must be VERY WARM.  A pool, sprinklers, or a hose has cold water coming out of it.  He hates it. 

We went to a pool the other day.  He cried pretty much the whole time. 

As soon as he was out in the sun he was loving life again. 

So opposite of Max who will play in any type of water all day if we let him.

Dexter is officially crawling!  All over. 

My perfect day date

Today I went out alone with Max.  He didn't have his Dad, he was on a date just with his Mom.  We held hands, we made three different stops, and we looked at trucks.  He didn't tantrum, he didn't run away, he held my hand.  It was perfect. 

Dexter is 10 months

Ten Months.
Two haircuts.
Two teeth.
Way too many ear infections.
Crawling backwards - can't figure out forward yet, but it is going to happen soon.
Loves solid food - especially mandarine oranges and yogurt.
Still isn't the best napper.
Loves saying "Mama and Dada, Up and bye-bye."
Waves and claps his hands.
Is a breastfeeding champion.
Loves the bath - isn't a fan of the pool.
Sleeps 8-10 hours a night only waking up once or twice to eat.  This is a HUGE improvement.
Loves his brother - especially his hair.
Enjoys being outside, but not in the grass.
Is wearing 18 month clothes.
Is 21 pounds, 28 inches and still our happy little teapot.

Spaceship Max

Spaceship Max is up and running.
