Yesterday Provo District started school. I took treats to my favorite Parker Gang, and cards to some of my friends to wish them good luck on their first day.
It was a weird feeling at Canyon Crest. 12 new teachers are there this year, none of them know me. It was a weird feeling not to have a classroom full of nervous students, and one nervous teacher.
But then I remember how important it is for me to be home right now with Max, and how lucky I am to have a husband who supports me being a stay-at-home Mom.
I loved being a teacher. It taught me how to be a better Mom.
This is what matters:

Twelve new teachers?!?! That's crazy! Who else left besides you and Cami? I know how you feel- the first day of school always makes me nostalgic and a little sad, but also glad ;)
