 Max is full of smiles.
 Max is a ham.
Max loves to "play shy" and "flirt."
 Max is on the move.
Max loves to be outside.  All. The. Time.  He will go to the front door and knock, which means "Mom I have been inside this long, time to go out."
Max still loves to watch the cars go by.
Max likes to be naked, or half naked.
 Max loves stairs.
Max loves life.  He is a happy, healthy, and full of joy.  He has grown up a lot this summer.  He looks older, acts older, and is going to be smarter than his parents.  Love him.  Love being his Mama.

Tiff's Top Three on Friday!

Last week I told you my top three (or 10) favorite movies.  This week it is all about TV.

1.  All My Children - Yes, the Soap Opera.  I have been watching All My Children since I was 4, maybe 3.  Not good I know, but I turned out okay.  My Mom would tape the show during the day and watch it while making dinner at night.  So naturally I would watch it.
It isn't on TV anymore...but it is still my favorite show.  Ever.

2.  The Jetsons - Have you seen it?  If not you have lived in a BOX.  Best Cartoon EVER.  I still watch it.  Will got me season #1 and #2.  I almost have every episode memorized, and no I am not kidding.  When I was little I would wake up at 6am to watch the Jetson's from 6-6:30.  Then I would get ready for school.

3.  OPRAH - Love. Love. Love her.  Amazing person.  I watched her final two shows when I was pregnant with Max, and cried through the whole thing.  Amazing.  I just can't believe how much she changed over the years, how much honesty she had, and how much truth she shared with her audience.  Love.

Other shows I love:
ELLEN
Ace of Cakes - it was on the Food Network.  I have season 1 and 2 on DVD.
Lewis and Clark The "New" Adventures of Superman
Saved By the Bell (Who doesn't like this show?)
TODAY SHOW
News - I love the news.
Parenthood

There are others - I like TV way to much.

First Day of No School

Yesterday Provo District started school.  I took treats to my favorite Parker Gang, and cards to some of my friends to wish them good luck on their first day.

It was a weird feeling at Canyon Crest.  12 new teachers are there this year, none of them know me.  It was a weird feeling not to have a classroom full of nervous students, and one nervous teacher.

But then I remember how important it is for me to be home right now with Max, and how lucky I am to have a husband who supports me being a stay-at-home Mom.

I loved being a teacher.  It taught me how to be a better Mom.

This is what matters:

Tiff's Top Three on Friday!

I love Movies.  I love most movies.  But I do have my favorites.  Movies I can watch OVER and OVER and never get sick of.  Movies that make me think of happy moments in my life, and movies that have taken me away from the hard times.  Movies take me to another place, and every once in a while I need that.
My Top three (*4) favorite movies:  (I have many favorites, but these are my staples)

1.  Forrest Gump - The characters, the music, the story, the history, the chocolate.  Amazing.
2.  Mary Poppins - The location of the movie, the characters, the story, THE MUSIC, the penguins, the pure joy of the Bank's children when they go into a chalk painting.
3.  This last one has changed over the years.  But at the age of 30.  Baby Mama is in my top three.  I love this movie.  Makes me laugh, a lot.  I love the characters.  I watched it while I was in labor with Max.  I could watch it everyday.

*4.  Who Framed Roger Rabbit - I can't leave this movie out.  I love the mix of animation and real life.  It would be a DREAM to be in this world.
(Then I married Will and my dream became a reality!)

I have some other favorites too:
Sound of Music
JUNO
Hairspray
Rat Race
The In Laws
Sandlot
Goonies
Little Mermaid
Monster's Inc.
